Single Pool Contract

A type of pool contract.

Use

A single pool contract recalculates the usage values of the assigned single contracts. As a result, your customers can be granted a credit. If the prebilled volume for certain single contracts is exceeded, but the prebilled volume for other contracts is not reached, the system creates a credit. Usage is calculated separately for each assigned contract. Each contract can have different usage volumes, a different usage per period, and a different price per object (per copy, for example).

If pool calculation results in a deduction volume, the system redistributes this volume to the single contracts in order to reflect the correct values.
