Master Data Overview (Account, Business Agreement, Consumption) 

Use

You can use this business process, during a customer contact, to call fact sheets for an account, business agreement, and specific consumption data for an account in the system. This gives you a quick overview of the existing data, and allows you to select individual objects from the overview (such as a bill) to be displayed in detail.
