Use

BDoc’ is a collection of temporary tables. The BDoc’ details screen enables the creation of BDoc’. The user can create the relations between the temporary tables forming the BDoc type using the parent details to be provided and also the hierarchy. The relations specified will be made use of during data import process.

Procedure

  1. Choose a BDoc‘ and then click on BDoc‘ details symbol.

Corresponding details for the selected BDoc' are displayed.

Name

What you should do?

Tabname

Enter the temporary table name from which data has to be extracted for this BDoc'.

Key field

Enter the concatenated primary fields of this table to identify a unique record like KUNNR+SOURCE.

Tbl hier

Enter the hierarchy of the table mapping

Note

This version allows only one temporary table with hierarchy = 1.

Tbl order

Enter the order in which the tables are present in the hierarchy

Note

No two temporary tables can have the same order.

Par tabname

Enter the name of the parent table. This field will be blank for the root table where Hierarchy = 1

Par pkey field

Enter the foreign key for this table which belongs to this table

This field will be blank for the root table where Hierarchy = 1

Data extract size

This column specifies the data records to be extracted from the temporary table for processing. This is because most of the services like R/3 Adapter and Replication & Realignment service work only with one record in the Root. Apply this value only for Root tables i.e. without Parent Table. This value applies only to Root tables i.e. without Parent Table( with hierarchy = 1). Default value is 1 record.
