Processing Move-In/Out for Premise 

Purpose

You can use this business process to create a move-in/out for a premise in the Interaction Center (IC) Web Client of a utility company. The premise for move-in and move-out remains constant but the account changes.

       1.      Identify move-out account

       2.      System searches for move-out account

       3.      Confirm move-out account

       4.      Identify premise and business agreement of move-out account

       5.      System searchs for premise and contract account data of move-out account

       6.      Confirm premise and business agreement of move-out account

       7.      Identify move-in account

       8.      System searches for move-in account

       9.      Confirm move-in account

   10.      Identify business agreement of move-in account

   11.      Systems searches for contract account data of move-in account

   12.      Confirm business agreement of move-in account

   13.      Enter changes due to move-out

   14.      Enter current meter readings

   15.      Enter move-in and move-out date

   16.      Save data

   17.      System creates move-in

   18.      Create welcome letter

   19.      Send final bill to move-out account
