Procedure documentation Splitting a Listing Header or Item Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You follow this procedure to change a listing during its validity period.

Prerequisites

Listings have been created and activated in the Mobile Sales System.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation bar, choose Listings ® Search, enter the search criteria, and choose Search.
  2. On the Listing tile, select the listing you want to split.
  3. In the navigation bar, choose Listings ® Split.
  4. To split an individual line item:
    1. Select it on the Source Listing Items tile.
    2. On the Split Details tile, enter the split date for the item and choose Split Source Items.

The new item appears on the Source Listing Items tile.
  1. To split the whole listing:
    1. On the Split Details tile, enter the new listing name and the split date.
    2. Choose Split Header.

The new listing appears on the Target Listing tile and the Target Listing Items tile.

The validity dates of the source listing and the source listing items have changed accordingly.
