Retrieving Log Data for the Subscription Agent 

Use

For monitoring the subscription agent retrieve the log data.

Integration

To retrieve the log data for the subscription agent, choose in the Administration Console Extras ® Log ® Subscription Agent Log. Select the required log data.

If a subscription generator is executed immediately, the log of this generator is then displayed.

Features

·        You can determine the level of the logs setting parameter SUBSCRIPTION_AGENT_LOG_LEVEL in table SMOFPARSFA.

Determine the log level in table SMOFPARSFA

Value	Description
S	The log contains all messages.
I	Information messages, warnings and error messages.
W	Warnings (yellow) and error messages
E	Error messages (red)
Other values	are set to S

·        In case a long text is available, the button Info is displayed.

·        The log is included in the reorganization job of the CRM Middleware.

·        If a log entry is complete, it will be deleted during reorganization.

·        The log title shows, if a job is currently running. To monitor the progress of the log, refresh the screen. The job is displayed in blue.

·        Start and end of the subscription agent run are indicated with green lines.
