Maintaining Favorites 

Use

You maintain favorites as shortcut links to specific tile sets. This allows you to navigate quickly to the tile sets you use most often while working with the application.

Procedure

       1.      To add a tile set to your favorites collection, choose Favorites  ® Add Favorites.

The Add to Favorites dialog window appears. The name of the tile set that is currently displayed appears in the New Name field.

In the New Name field, you can enter a name for the tile set. This name will appear in your list of favorites in the Favorites menu.

       2.      To add the tile set that is shown in the New Name field to your favorites list, select OK.

The Add to Favorites dialog window closes. The name of the tile set now appears as an entry in the Favorites menu. If you have renamed the tile set in the New Name field, the new name appears in the Favorites menu. You can now navigate to the tile set by selecting it from the Favorites menu.

       3.      To organize your favorites list, select Favorites  ® Organize Favorites.

The Organize Favorites dialog box appears.

       4.      Select an entry in the list of favorites that is displayed.

The entry appears highlighted in the Name column.

       5.      Select one of the following options:

§         Move Up – Places the favorite entry ahead of the previous entry in the list

§         Move Down – Places the favorite entry below the next entry in the list

§         Rename – Allows you to change the name of an entry

§         Delete – Allows you to delete an entry

       6.      Once you have finished organizing your favorites, select OK to save your changes.

The Organize Favorites dialog window closes.

Result

You can view your favorites list in the Favorites menu.
