Product Proposals in Quotation and Order 
Use
● This function enables you to display product proposals in quotations and sales orders in CRM Enterprise. This allows you to offer your customers products that they may be interested in while you enter quotations and sales orders.
Prerequisites
You have defined top n products and cross-/up-/down-selling rules in the SAP Easy Access Menu under Marketing ® Product Proposal..
You have defined accessories in the SAP Easy Access Menu under Master Data ® Products ® Maintain Products.
You have set up the product proposals in sales transactions in Customizing under Customer Relationship ® Transactions ® Settings for Sales Transactions ® Product Proposals in Quotation and Order.
Features
It is possible to display product proposals in the quotation and in the sales order (SAP GUI and People-Centric UI). Depending on the settings in Customizing, the system displays whether a product proposal exists for a given item in the quotation and order at item level in the Product Proposal column. You can display product proposals for single items, for several items, or for all items selected in the item list. If you have selected several items, the system displays proposals for the single products and for combinations of these products, provided you have made the corresponding settings in Customizing.
You can display the following types of product proposals:
● Accessories
● Additionally, you can display a top n product list.
Pricing for Product Proposals
● The system displays the related prices for the product proposals. These prices are determined using price lists. Therefore, the pricing only determination conditions (that is, prices and discounts) that depend on the following data:
● Sold-to party
● Sales organization
● Distribution channel
● Division
● Product
The system carries
out full pricing when you transfer the product to the transaction.
For this reason, the price displayed for
the product proposal can differ from the final price. For more information, see
