Person Responsible 

Purpose

This option enables you to make Customizing settings for the person responsible which determine the following:

·        Which relationship type is created by default when creating a business partner on mobile clients

·        Which relationship type is displayed for the person responsible in the Business Partners/Details tile set (field not shown in MSP)

Process Flow

       1.      Choose Mobile System Maintenance ® Cross-Component Settings ® Choice Fields.

       2.      Select the choice field RESPEMPRELATION. The default value is BUR011 (Has the Employee Responsible). This choice field can have the following values:

¡        A relationship category, for example BUR010 (Has the Employee)

When a new business partner is created, the relationship created for the logged on user will be BUR010 and will be displayed in the Sales Team tile.To display the employee as the person responsible in the Business Partners/Details tile set, set the Main indicator for this employee in the Sales Team tile.

When creating a new business partner, the relationship created by default for the logged on user will be BUR011. The name displayed for the person responsible in the Business Partners/Details tile set will be that of the first main sales team member, irrespective of the relationship type.
