Preparation 

Before you load data into BW, you must have created suitable data constructs in IS-U and CRM. You can do this from the IS-U and CRM Customer Interactions Centers (CIC), provided you have configured Customizing accordingly in each system. 

 

For test purposes you have the following alternative: you create a business partner in CRM and verify that they are replicated in IS-U/CCS. In IS-U, you then structure a data construct for this business partner, entering a rate category for which the consumption history is updated in IS-U Billing. This means that the billing schema must contain variant QUANTI23 for updating the DBERCHV table. You can then use transaction EASIBI for order creation, meter reading and billing.

·        In the BW system you fulfill the prerequisites for initializing the delta transfer. To do this, you go to the existing info-packages and delete the initialization selection of the relevant InfoSources for the source system.  You must also delete any existing requests from the InfoCube 0UCMA_C01 (target group selection by revenue and consumption).
