Troubleshooting Options 
When an error occurs, the troubleshooting feature of the tool provides the reasons for the error. You view the type of error, source (which is more for the support group), possible causes, and suggestions.
The Rollout
Manager can start the suggestion screen automatically whenever an error
occurs or you can view the error by choosing

If you are unable to solve the error, create an OSS message in the component CRM-MW-MRM.
