Purpose
For Channel Analytics, the delivered analysis options are tailored to specific channels, such as your Web site or your Interaction Center (IC). The corresponding information about customer interactions using these channels are stored and managed in the customer knowledge base in the SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW).
Depending on whether you use your Web site just to provide information or equally to sell products online, you can either perform straight-forward Web site monitoring or couple this with the analysis of the buying behavior of your Internet customers.
IC analyses assist you in assessing the performance and workload of your IC.

Not only can you analyze your IC, but you can also assist your IC agents by providing them with analysis results. This means that you can display in the Alert Modeler of the IC the key figures or attributes for business partners stored in SAP BW. For more information, see
