Canceling Inception of an Item in a Service Contract 

Use

You can use the action UBB: Cancel Inception to cancel the inception of an item in a service contract. You start this action from within the service contract. The system sets the status of the item back to In Process and the status of the billing request item to Open. You can now change the data in the service contract again.

If active readings already exist for the item in question, you will have to cancel them first.
