Configuring DataSources in SAP CRM 

You transfer the DataSources from the Business Content contained in OLTP Customizing (transaction SBIW) using the following Business Content Data Sources nodes:

·        ® Transfer application component hierarchy

·        ® Transfer Business Content DataSources (at least the DataSources of the 0CRM,  0CRM-IO, 0CRM_MKT_IO components and, as of CRM 4.0, 0CAPR-IO and 0CA_BP-IO components)

·        Master Data DataSources and Text DataSources

¡        SAP CRM 3.1 or SAP CRM 3.0 and SAP BW 3.0B or SAP BW 2.1C:

§         0CRM_BPART_ATTR (CRM business partner: central data)

§         0CRM_BPART_ATTR (CRM business partner: Texts)

§         0BBP_BPART_ATTR (CRM business partner: Central data)

§         0CRM_PROD_ATTR (CRM product)

§         0CRM_PROD_TEXT (CRM product: Texts)

§         0CRM_PROD_TYPE_TEXT (Product category: Texts)

If you have maintained marketing characteristics for your business partners, and want to evaluate these characteristics, you can extract these to BW. You generate the corresponding DataSources in CRM Customizing (transaction SPRO) under Settings for SAP Business Information Warehouse ® Generate DataSources for Characteristic Values in Profiles.
