Multiple-Line Set Type (with Multiple
Use)
Definition
The set type consists of single-value attributes with the attribute types unit of measure, language and currency. The following settings were made in set type maintenance:
· The flag Multiple Use is set
· The flag Field Is Key is set for the field Unit of Measure
· The flag Multiple Value is not set (this field does not appear in set type maintenance if the flag Field Is Key is set)
The key fields cannot be changed; you can scroll through the date fields

Example
The film ABC is a trilogy with parts 1, 2 and 3. It is shown in the cinema, pay TV and on public television.
The appearance type (cinema, pay TV and public television) is directly linked to the year of release. Before a film can be shown on public television, it is first released exclusively for the cinema, then later in pay TV.
In order to display this information in the system, create a multi-line set type with single-value attributes. Since the information on the media and title are directly linked to the year of release, this attribute (year of release) is defined as a key field. You define the following attributes:
|

Date |

The set type then has the following appearance:
