Item Details (Interaction Center WebClient) 

You can display and maintain detail information to sales order items. You can select to which item you wish to display details.

The following functions are available to you:

·        Selection of business partners, for example ship-to party, payer

·        Display and maintenance of item status, for example for billing and delivery

·        Setting locks at item level

·        Canceling items

·        Entry and maintenance of texts

You return to the cart via Done.
