Field History 

Use

The mobile client application stores field history. You can use the application field history as a fast-entry method for entering data.

Features

Field history information is available for individual fields and tile sets. Not only is the field history available within a single session, the system stores this data from one session to the next.

Activities

As you enter data into a field, a dropdown box appears that shows previous entries that match the information you are entering. You can make a selection from this list to fill the field.

To use the field history functionality, do the following:

• If you are working on a search detail tile, select the Search button at least once
• If you are working on a detail or list detail tile, save the tile content at least once

These triggers activate the storing of the field history data. If the dropdown box does not appear, you can open it by selecting the down arrow on your keyboard.
