Procedure documentation Creating Templates with the Template Maintenance Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Proceed as follows:

...

       1.       In the menu of the administration console choose Extras ® Site scheduling ® Template maintenance.

The existing templates are displayed in a list.

       2.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Create new template).

       3.      Enter a Name for the template.

       4.      Determine if the template has to be used for all sites.

The template is then displayed when creating a site scheduling.

       5.      If the template should not be used for all sites, you have to select the corresponding sites.

                            a.      To determine sites for the template, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text , then choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

                            b.      Select the required sites and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The selected sites are displayed in the site list. The first site in the list is displayed under Sites.

       6.      Determine, if the scheduled site has to be deactivated.

       7.      To define the target sites, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The subscriptions of the scheduled site are assigned to the target sites.

                            a.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The list with the available sites is displayed.

                            b.      Select the target sites, that will replace the original site and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

To remove target sites from the list, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Target site).

                            c.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

       8.      If you want to define individual rules for certain subscriptions, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Exceptions.

                            a.      Select the subscription you want to define an exception for and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

                            b.      Select the subscription for which you want to define another target site and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text, to add a new site or choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text, to remove a site from the list.

                            c.      To undo the changes, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

                            d.      To complete your entries, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

       9.      This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Save your entries.

Result

The template is displayed for the corresponding sites.
