Defining Users 

Use

You use this function to decide which users you want to authorize in the Postprocessing Office to display and change data that entered your logical system via a dialog RFC destination.

All users of your system are authorized to display and change data that entered your logical system via a simple RFC destination.

You only need to run this function if you want to use the Postprocessing Office across all clients or systems. For more information, see General System Maintenance.

Prerequisites

You need to assign logical destinations to logical systems first (see Assigning Logical Destinations to Logical Systems).

Procedure

...

       1.      From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Cross-Application Components ® Postprocessing Office ® Current Settings ® Define Users. Alternatively, you can call the relevant transaction in the application menu of the implementation.

The system displays the Users for Cross-System Processing screen.

       2.      Choose the relevant user name.
