Survey Printing 

Use

You can create surveys as Portable Document Format (PDF) files, enabling you to transfer the contents of a survey to a PDF file. You can then print the survey and use it for reference purposes, for example in meetings or presentations.

You can use PDF format to send a survey to other users as an attachment in an e-mail. The user then receives the survey in PDF format and can print it directly from here.

Printing the survey contents as a PDF file has two main advantages:

·        You create a recognized, standardized document format

·        You can deliver printed information to a wide audience

PDF is a file format which contains all the elements of a printed document as an electronic image which you can view, navigate through, print or forward to someone else by e-mail.

 

However, survey printing is currently only available as a project-based function. If you wish to implement this function, contact your SAP consultant for further information.
