Move-In 

Use

This business process allows the utility company customer to use the web application SAP IS-U/Utility Customer E-Services (SAP IS-U/UCES) to create a move-in.

Process Flow

The business process runs as follows:

       1.      Identify premise for move-in

       2.      Enter or confirm business partner data

       3.      Select product

       4.      Enter meter reading

       5.      Enter payment data

       6.      Confirm move-in data

Result

The customer has created a move-in in the utility company system.
