Calendar 

Use

This function enables you to view and maintain all your activities that are business activities or tasks, on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. You can create, edit, or delete an activity and thus organize your schedule. In addition, you can synchronize the calendar with your mail client. For more information, see Integration of the Mobile Client Calendar with Groupware.

You can only synchronize the calendar with Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes and not with any other mail client.

In the Mobile Service application, you can also use this function to maintain service assignments. You can also plan and maintain your availability and absence details.
