Use

You extract a message to replace the unprocessed message that was deleted in the inbound queue of the mobile client. When an extract is triggered, the message ID of the replacement message substitutes the unprocessed message record on the CRM server.

Procedure

...

       1.      Log on to the CRM server and choose Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Monitoring ® Mobile Client ® Message Recovery.

       2.      Choose the site to which the replacement message is to be sent.

       3.      Expand the site to view the unprocessed messages folder.

       4.      Double-click this folder to view the list of all unprocessed messages for the site.

       5.      Select the BDoc type for which the replacement message is to be sent.

       6.      Choose Call Extract in the toolbar.

The replacement message is sent to the site.

Note

This replacement message will take care of all the operations that are necessary to synchronize the client database with the CDB.
