Move-Out 

Use

This business process allows the utility company customer to use the web application SAP IS-U/Utility Customer E-Services (SAP IS-U/UCES) to create a move-out.

Process Flow

The business process runs as follows:

       1.      System identifies user

       2.      Select premise for move-out

       3.      Enter meter reading

       4.      Enter new address data

       5.      Enter payment data

       6.      Enter owner or next tenant

       7.      Confirm move-out data

Result

The customer has created a move-out in the utility company system.
