When you use external component of the ASCII Adapter, several types of errors may occur. You can handle them as described below.

If an error occurs, bear the following in mind:

• Check the messages in the CRMASCAD.LOG file.

• Configuration errors may occur when the database is being accessed and when RFC access is being established.

• If records are rejected during conversion, check whether primary index conditions have been violated. See <table>.ERR and <table>.REJ
