Process documentation Contract Analysis Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

You can use this business process to get a range of analyses for sales contracts (both value and quantity) with detailed analytical information about current and closed sales contracts.

Process Flow

       1.      System provides contract and quotation data

The SAP CRM system provides data about sales contracts.

       2.      System updates contract information

The SAP BW system updates its sales contract information.

       3.      Monitor top five contracts

You can monitor the top five most valuable contracts, using the Top Five Contracts query (technical name: 0CSAL_C04_Q0007).

       4.      Monitor sales contracts per region

You can monitor the sales contracts according to region, using the Open Sales Contracts per Region query (technical name: 0CSAL_C04_Q0008).

       5.      Track cancellation rates

You can track contract cancellation rates, using the Cancelled Contracts analysis (technical name: 0CSAL_C04_Q0002).
