Displaying Two Installed Bases 

Use

You can use this function for the following:

...

·        To display and compare two different installed bases in the SAP GUI and in Mobile Service

·        To display two different statuses for one installed base at two different times and to compare them in the SAP GUI

Prerequisites

The installed bases must be created in the system.

If you want to compare different statuses for an installed base, at least one change must have been made to the installed base so that the corresponding time stamp is entered. Otherwise two identical statuses are displayed.

Features

After you have specified the installed bases, the installed base structures are displayed side by side in two screen areas.

This function is available by choosing Master Data ® Installed Base ® Display Two Installed Bases.

This function is available by choosing Installed Base ® Structural Changes Across IBases.
