Procedure documentation Calling the Network Graphic Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You are on the Archive Administration: Entry Screen (transaction SARA).

Procedure

  1. If you want to display the network graphic for all archiving objects, leave the archiving object name field empty.

    2. If you want to display all the predecessors of a particular object, enter the name of the archiving object in the archiving Object Name field.

  2. To call the network graphic: Choose Goto ® Network Graphic.

The network graphic is displayed for the specified archiving object or all registered archiving objects.

If you have called the network graphic for all archiving objects, you can increase the display area by enlarging the rectangle in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Use the mouse to change the rectangle.
