Fact Sheet Analysis

Purpose

The Fact Sheet Analysis in SAP BW enables you to combine the key performance indicators (KPIs) from sales, service and marketing business content objects. The iViews for Fact Sheet Analysis retrieve data from the various business content objects, which is displayed in the portal applications.

In the data flow for the Fact Sheet Analysis, the data that is used in all the BW reports already exists in the SAP BW System. Most of this data is obtained from the SAP CRM system and is provided using the existing InfoProvider objects.

Currently, the data from SAP CRM key capabilities Sales and Service is loaded into several ODS objects. A new combined common InfoCube has been created that uses:

The Sales ODS objects Sales Orders Items (0CRM_SALO) and CRM Complaints (Items) (0CRM_COMP)
The Service ODS objects Service Orders (Item Data) (0CRM_PROI), Confirmations(Item Data)(0CRM_CNFI) and Service Contracts (Item Data) (0CRM_CNT1)

The new InfoCube CRM Common InfoCube for Fact Sheet (0CRM_FSC1) is used for processing all this data. It is loaded with delta updates from the five ODS objects. This InfoCube is used as the InfoProvider for the Queries that provide data to the various info blocks in the Fact Sheet.
