Employment Data 
You can enter information on a business partner’s current and past employment situation.
· In Customizing, you have defined the occupations that you want to assign to business partners.

· In Customizing you have defined an industry system for these industries and defined this as the standard system.

When you maintain employment data, you can only select industries that belong to the standard industry system.
· In Customizing, you have defined the possible employee statuses, such as employed or self-employed, for example. This information can be important if a loan has different conditions for an employee and a self-employed person.

· You only enter employment data for business partners of the type Person.
· You can define any number of employment relationships for a business partner. The time validity of the employment relationships can overlap.
· You can display a business partner’s employment data in the following ways:
¡ You can use the history to display all employment relationships in chronological sequence of employment.
¡ You can define a key date for which the system displays the relevant employment relationships.
