Processing a Change List 
You can use this procedure to perform various functions, which are listed in the table below, on a change list. You can execute these functions from the context menu of a change list in the Change List Explorer.

View Details |
You can view details such as the objects modeled, type of changes, and ownership status of these objects. You cannot view these details for discarded change lists. |
Switch to a change list |
Switch to <Change List Name> |
You use this function when you are in the baseline context and want to make changes to objects in a specific change list. Then, the change list becomes active and the name appears in bold. You cannot have more than one active change list. If you have an active change list and want to switch to an other change list, then the current change list becomes inactive and the selected change list becomes active. |

Submit the changes made in a change list |
Release |
You cannot revert changes once you release a change list. |
Delete a change list |
Discard |
If you delete a change list, you lose the changes made in the change list. |
Note:
You can view the details of all change lists that belong to a specific category. To do this, click a specific category node with the secondary mouse button, and choose View Details. You can view details such as names, owners, and the comments of change lists. However, you cannot view details of objects that are modeled in the change lists.
