Organizational Data in Transaction
Documents 
Organizational data is shown on its own tab page in the transaction document.
The Org.data tab page is only displayed, if you have assigned an organizational data profile to the transaction type in Customizing for Organizational Management. You can find more information in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Customer Relationship Management under Master Data -> Organizational Management.
If the tab page is not shown, this means that the system does not create organizational data at the corresponding level (header or item).
You can change the organizational data in the document or enter new data if the fields are empty.
· The input help is context-sensitive in the organizational data fields.
If you enter, for example, the sales organization O 5000333 – LW 1000 and then display the input help for the distribution channel field, only those distribution channels that are assigned to sales organization 0 5000333 – LW 1000 in the organizational model are displayed.
· If you enter the data manually, the system checks whether this combination of organizational data is maintained in the organizational model.
The system checks, for example
¡ whether the attributes distribution channel and division are assigned to the sales organization
¡ whether the subordinate units (sales office, sales group, service group) are assigned to the corresponding organizational unit.
· If the fields for organizational data are completed in the document, there is no new organizational data determination, if you make changes the document.
