Sales Transaction Cockpit in Mobile
Sales
The sales transaction cockpit allows you to gain an overview of critical sales transactions quickly and easily. Critical sales transactions include open sales transactions or sales transactions that have not yet been released. This means that you can tell at a glance whether you are required to carry out a follow-up activity. For example, you can view essential information about your sales transactions when you are preparing your visits for the day. Furthermore, you can navigate to documents from the cockpit in order to process them further.

The cockpit only provides information about sales transactions. It is not possible to display listings, campaigns, or activities with the cockpit.
This function is only available to you in Mobile Sales.
The cockpit is available to you as a tile set under the menu options Business Partner and Sales Transactions. The tile set consists of six tiles on which information about critical sales transactions is provided on the mobile client. You can use the first four tiles to display information about sales transactions found using particular search queries predefined by the system.
The cockpit also contains six tiles under the menu option Business Partner. However, the first tile displays an overview of the business partner; the others offer different information about all the sales transactions of this business partner.
The system provides different queries that you can choose from a list box for each tile in Customizing under SAP CRM Mobile System Maintenance ® Transactions: Settings. ® Sales Transaction Cockpit When you choose a query in the list box, all resulting sales transactions for this query are displayed on the corresponding tile. Additionally, you can switch execution of the query on or off.
This means that you can influence the way in which information is displayed on the user interface, and you can adjust its layout to suit your needs. Furthermore, you can create your own queries, and change the standard function in method UserNewSDCockpitQueriesExit under Extended List Tiles ® SDSalesOrderCockpitQueries.

These Customizing settings apply for both the Cockpit under menu option Sales Transactions, and for the Sales Transaction Cockpit under menu option Business Partner.
