Duplicate Check 

Use

This function enables you to check the entry of products. This helps you to prevent a product from being entered into a sales order more than once. If you have set the indicator Duplicate Check Active in the Customizing header after assigning the business transaction category, a product can only be entered once in the sales order. If the same product is entered more than once, you receive a warning message.

Special Features for Mobile Sales

You can switch off the check independently of CRM Enterprise in Mobile System Maintenance.

Prerequisites

You have activated this function in Customizing. To do this, set the indicator Duplicate Check Active for the business transaction category Sales under Customer Relationship Management ® Transactions ® Basic Settings ® Define Transaction Types.
