Templates 

Definition

Workflows that were created in the Workflow Modeler. They can copy or modify a template. All element and component parameters are proposed only as default values.

To make the template available in the Workflow Modeler for all user, proceed as follows:

...

       1.      Choose My Workflows and double-click on the workflow you want to move.

       2.      Use the alternate mouse button to choose Move to template.

The workflow must be active.
