Definition

These are the attributes that are exchanged between the external system and the SAP CRM System during R/3 ORDERS IDoc Mappings.

Structure

R/3 ORDERS IDoc Mappings include the following data:

·        Business Partners

·        Dates

·        Customer Purchase Order Number

·        Item Object Identification

·        Shipping Data

·        Schedule Lines

·        Value Mapping

·        Exchange Rate

The incoming IDoc contains the currency in which a sales order within the SAP CRM System should be priced. The SAP CRM System uses this information to calculate the price based upon the incoming currency for the sales order and the exchange rate.

·        Texts

¡        All Texts in ORDERS IDoc at the Header level are mapped to the HEADER NOTE in the sales order of the SAP CRM System.

¡        All Texts in ORDERS IDoc at Item level are mapped to SALES TEXT in the sales order of the SAP CRM System.

·        Different IDoc Type

Supports different IDoc types, for example, from ORDERS01 to ORDERS05.

·        ISO Units

Supports the SAP unit of measurement to the ISO standard‘s unit of measurement.
