Customizing SAP CRM 

Use

You customize the SAP CRM System to enable processes that are implemented by the R/3 ORDERS IDoc Mappings. These processes are specific to an ORDERS IDoc.

Procedure

       1.      Enable the GTIN by executing the following:

...

                            a.      Go to the IMG and choose SAP Implementation Guide à Customer Relationship Management à Transactions à Basic Settings à Define Transaction Types.

                            b.      Enable the ENTER GTIN flag in the corresponding Transaction Type.

       2.      Maintain the Dun and Bradstreet Number in the Business Partnermaster data, since the D-U-N-S Number identifies business partners in the SAP CRM System.
