Request Management in E-Service 
Request Management functions handle request objects that Web users can create, display and maintain.
Web users can view lists of the requests that they have created. They may use these lists to track the status of their requests or view and update request details. Web users must log in to display their requests.
Web users who are contacts of companies have access to their own requests and to those of their companies.
There are four types of request objects handled in E-Service:
Service contracts cannot be created or maintained by Web users. They can only be displayed.
