Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 Desktop edition or Microsoft SQL Server 2000.

Disk Space - 1 GB for the Mobile Sales installation.

Additional space must be available for backing up of the database and also to accommodate the continuous growth of the IDES.

Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.1 (Installed along with SQL Server 7.0)

Network Adapter and enough network outlets to connect the replacement/rollout sites (depends upon the average number of laptops to be replaced/rolled out at a time). This is a critical factor, which decides how fast the laptops can be replaced/rolled out.

Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 ODBC connectivity (Installed along with SQL Server 7.0)

RFC SDK.

Data Source (DSN) for the SQL Database.

Connection to the CRM server.
