Relationships 

Definition

Links between individual objects (as the source object) with other products or objects.

Use

Individual object relationships represent different business relationships. An individual object – product relationship can therefore be used to represent, for example, an accessory relationship.

These different meanings are defined with different relationship types, to which attributes can be assigned.

The following relationship types are available for individual objects:

·        Accessories

·        Services

·        Spare Parts

·        Qualifications

·        Warranties (for more information, see Warranty)

·        Measuring Points (for more information, see Counters)

·        Financed By

The relationships of reference products can be displayed by selecting the relevant relationship type in the dropdown list box. These cannot be changed.
