Updating the Success Rate

Usage

This report fetches the data (success rate) calculated coming from the quotation and order for the product from the Business Information Warehouse (BW), and updates it in CRM Online into the Success rate field of the product master. From here, it is sent to the quotation as a default value for the sales probability for items created in the future for this product.

Prerequisites

You use the quotation processing in CRM Online.

The product categories (for example, MAT_HAWA) used are assigned to the Set type CRMM_PR_SUCCESS. You can make this assignment via the Category and Hierarchy Maintenance. To do so, go to the SAP menu and choose Master Data ® Products ® Maintain Categories and Hierarchies .

Choose the hierarchy you wish to maintain, for example, R3PRODSTYP, enter the category in the locator, for example, MAT_HAWA, and load it into the work area. On the Categories tab page, you can then set up the assigned set type CRMM_PR_SUCCESS. Save your changes.

Functional Scope

The system creates a list of products for updating, based on the selection options and the last report run. This product list is used to call the BW system.
