Trade Promotion Validation 
In this process, you validate a trade promotion with the retailer. The validation itself is carried out by field sales representatives at the site of the trade promotion. Using the questionnaire you can check whether the retailer has kept to all the agreements and if a rebate payout is therefore in order.

1. Process questionnaire (SAP CRM Mobile)
Using the questionnaire you can check whether the customer actually presented the product within the agreed time period and in the correct way. You process the questionnaire and transfer it to your company for assessment.
2. Evaluate questionnaire (SAP CRM Server)
Using the questionnaire you can check whether the client has kept to the agreements.
3. Release the trade promotion for rebate processing (SAP CRM Server)
If appropriate, you do not pay rebates out to the customers.
