Create Target Group 

Purpose

In campaign automation, the workflow templates that belong to the Campaign automation task set can be assigned to individual campaign elements.

The Create target group workflow creates a target group from the marketing segments (profiles and profile sets) assigned to the campaign element.

 

Prerequisites

Classify the workflow sample as a general task. Customer Relationship Management-> Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> Campaign Automation -> Implement Workflow Customizing.

After starting the campaign, the workflows are scheduled/performed automatically. For this reason, no type linkages need to be made for this workflow sample.

The Create target group workflow creates a target group from the marketing segments (profiles and profile sets) assigned to the campaign element.

During campaign process modeling, the following campaign element data is checked: there must be a segment, and the ‘Start for every reactor’ flag must not be set.
