Login Function in E-Service 

Use

B2B must log in to use ICSS. B2C users can access certain functions (for example, Frequently Asked Questions or Solution Search) without invoking a specific user profile in the CRM system. However, they must log in if they want to perform the following:

·        Maintain their personal data

·        Create, display or maintain service requests

·       Create, display or maintain information requests

·       Create or display complaints

·        Display service contracts

·        Create, display or maintain installed bases

·        Register a product or display their registered products

Web users who do not log in are considered as anonymous CRM users. They are assigned a specific security profile that enables them to use certain functions while it restricts access to others.

 

Prerequisites

Web users need to have registered an account to log in.
