Malfunction/Service Notification 

Use

You use this business process to create a malfunction notification in the system. There are different categories of malfunction (for example, burn out of meter, power cut) with different reference objects (for example, connection object, apartment, meter).

Prerequisites

The utility company customer reports a malfunction and enters the details required to identify the object affected by the malfunction.

3. Create service order
