Changing the Startup Mode for the SAML Service 

Use

Use the Configuration Adapter in the Visual Administrator to change the startup mode for the SAML Service.

Procedure

Using the Visual Administrator:

...

       1.      Choose Server ® Services ® Configuration Adapter.

       2.      Expand Configurations ® cluster_data ® server ® cfg ® services.

       3.      Switch to edit mode (Choose .) Confirm with Yes.

       4.      Select Propertysheet tc~sec~saml~service-runtime and choose the symbol for Show the details of the selected node ().

       5.      In the Change Configuration dialog, select start-up mode.

The Change property entry dialog appears.

       6.      In the Custom field, enter the value always and choose Apply custom.

You return to the Change Configuration dialog.

       7.      Choose OK.

       8.      Restart the J2EE Engine server process.

Result

The next time the J2EE Engine is started, the SAML Service will also be automatically started.
