The following table displays some of the major differences between the various Groupware integration technologies. In the case of client synchronization, the data is exchanged between CRM Mobile (client) and Groupware (client).During the data exchange, the CRM Mobile user does not have to be connected with a CRM server.The user must, however, trigger the synchronization in CRM Mobile.
In contrast, in the case of server synchronization, the data is automatically exchanged between the CRM server and the Groupware server.
The two technologies cannot be used in parallel.
