The following text describes how you can create a new user in SAP CRM that should be synchronized with the personal contact directory. You need to create a site using the Groupware Adapter 02 (sBDoc) site type for every Groupware user that you want to synchronize with the directory.
The user must have a valid e-mail address. This e-mail address must be entered for this user in SAP CRM user management in the group Communication (address-dependent communication).
1. In the SAP CRM Easy Access Menu, choose SAP Menu ® Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Administration ® Administration Console (Transaction SMOEAC).
2. Create a site for the new user using the Groupware Adapter 02 (sBDoc) site type.
3. Assign the user to this site on the Employee tab page.
4. Assign further necessary subscriptions that are based on the replication objects CAPGEN_OBJECT_WRITE or CONGEN_OBJECT_WRITE to this site
If you assign a subscription to a site using the Groupware Adapter 02 (sBDoc) site type, the synchronization of the business partner data in the personal contact directory is automatically triggered. You can also perform this process manually.

1. In the SAP CRM Easy Access Menu, choose SAP Menu ® Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Administration ® Administration Console (Transaction SMOEAC).
2. Choose Create Extract from the toolbar to call the extract tool.
3. Choose Insert Sites.
4. Select the specific sites.
5. Before you carry out the extract, you need to click the Complete pushbutton.
6. Choose Start Extract.
The newly-created user is synchronized with the personal contact directory.You can monitor the queues of type ISP_D*, which process inbound groupware messages to the groupware adapter, with transaction SMQ2.
