Middleware Settings for Groupware Integration 
To enable Groupware integration, you must perform the appropriate activities in CRM Middleware. The following text explains the setting up of CRM Middleware for Groupware integration, that is, the data exchange of business partners and activities with Groupware.
For example, you will be told which settings are necessary to load business partners into the public contact directory and/or in the Groupware personal contact directory, as well as which steps you must carry out for an initial load or download of the various objects.
To set up Groupware integration, especially CRM Middleware, you should have the following capabilities:
● Operation of the administration console (transaction SMOEAC)
● Creation and editing of Middleware objects, such as sites, replication objects, publications, subscriptions, business objects, Customizing objects.
