  1. To create a new entry, choose the Destination table that would belong to one particular segment in a transaction from the F4 help.

The Segment name and Segment DDIC name are identified and updated automatically.

  1. Specify the order of processing XFTCH entries in the Serial No. Column.

Note

The Source table and Source field column signify the source table name and field name from which values have to be fetched. The Concatenated Physical fields would be the concatenated key fields separated by ‘+’ to identify the source record. The Concatenated Destination table keys would be the concatenated key fields separated by ‘+’ to identify the destination record.

Caution

Only Physical Field Names mapped to the Segment Field should be given in Concatenated Physical fields and Concatenated Destination table column to fetch extra field information.

  1. Choose Save to save the entry or Delete to delete the entry.

Caution

During a compare download, both the source and destination table names can be the same. However, this must be avoided during an initial download.
